Do you see how much backyard and beach time there was this month? I will never get over the fall and winter weather on this island. While I loved my boots and coats, I love the sun more.

November for us is a month of birthdays first and Thanksgiving second. In my family we managed to cram my niece’s birthday, my dad’s birthday, my birthday, Silas’s birthday (the day after mine), Thanksgiving and nephews’ birthdays all within two weeks! If you run into me during the last two weeks of November (or first few days of December), just shout happy birthday and you’ll likely hit one of the correct days.
